Welcome to Talhaven. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of talhaven.com, including purchases, subscriptions, communications, and other services offered by Talhaven (“Talhaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You may not use our products or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, colors, packaging, availability, and other details accurately. However, product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing variations, or natural differences among ingredients.
We may modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time. All products are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that any product will remain available.
Personal-Care Disclaimer
Talhaven products are cosmetic personal-care products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Product results may vary from person to person. Information provided on our website, packaging, social media, advertisements, or communications is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
Review the complete ingredient list before use. If you have allergies, sensitivities, a skin condition, or other medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes, and keep products out of reach of children.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin processing the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Talhaven is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotional offers may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Talhaven and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
Talhaven may offer products through automatically renewing subscription plans. The available delivery frequency, price, included products, and benefits are displayed before checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Talhaven and its payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency shown during checkout until you cancel.
Subscription orders may renew every four weeks, or at another interval selected and clearly displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, may also be collected with each recurring payment.
Subscription prices and benefits may change. When required, we will provide advance notice before a material change takes effect. Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing applies only for the period or order described in the offer.
You may cancel or manage your subscription through your customer account or by contacting Support@talhaven.com. Cancellation must be completed before the next order is processed. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment. We may pause or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be completed.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may have separate expiration dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and limitations. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied to previous purchases.
We may reject or cancel a promotion that is used fraudulently, improperly, or in violation of its stated conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, inventory availability, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law. Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping information before completing an order and promptly reporting delivery problems.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, and order cancellations are governed by our separately posted Return and Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated requirements, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
Accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders and subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Notify us promptly at Support@talhaven.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, repeated payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant Talhaven a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for operating and promoting Talhaven, subject to applicable law and any additional permissions requested from you.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, fraudulent, or unrelated to our products and services.
Intellectual Property
The Talhaven name, logo, product presentation, website design, written content, photographs, graphics, videos, packaging, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Talhaven and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, republish, or exploit our materials without prior written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, or connected systems.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Talhaven’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Talhaven for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Talhaven harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
